EAT HEALTHILY, UNITE A FAMILY !

Dinner time is
always be a time to unite for my family. It is a very important bonding time
for us during dinner.We should avoid fast food and oily food in our daily
diet. To encourage us eat healthily with
our family, I would like to share some healthy menus for a family dinner.
Ingredients
1) whole fish,gut and clean
2) 1 palm-sized dried wild white fungus, soaked
3) 3 tbsp taucheo4) 2 tbsp sugar
5) 2 cups water
6) spring onions, sliced
7) 1 inch young ginger
8) 5 red chillies, chop
9) 6 cloves garlic,chopped
10) 2 tbsp oyster sauce
11) salt
12) cooking oil
Preparation:
1) Break soaked fungus into smaller florets,blanch in boiling water.
2) Heat cooking oil, add taucheo. stir-fry till fragrant. Add sugar. Add water and bring to boil. Remove from heat and set aside. 3) Rub fish with salt and oyster sauce. Add spring onion,ginger. Arrange white fungus around fish. 4) Pour taucheo sauce all over fish and steam over high fire for 10-15 minutes. 5) Fry chopped garlic and pour over cooked fish. 6) Garnish with spring onions.
This dishes is very healthy for a healthy way of eating. Eat healthily
